Two years ago, I was having terrible back and leg pain. I was unable to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time. It also affected my sleep. Chiropractic Plus at Shelby was recommended to me by my grandson. I was treated with an understanding and caring attitude by everyone I met. After I went through my initial screening, which was very thorough,a program was planned for me to help with my back and leg issues. I followed through with the plan designed for me. After I finished my sessions, I saw much improvement. I wasn’t in constant pain and I was able to return to normal life activities. I now go once a month for a follow up, which I feel is important.
