I was always afraid of trying chiropractic care. The first time I decided to give it a try at another clinic, I was told thst since I couldn't "relax" enough thst they couldn't help me.For years I refused to try again, but then I went to Carolina Chiropactic Plus back in 2021 since I'd gotten to know Dr. Brad and wanted to give it another shot. The entire team there was amazing and made me feel so at ease about receiving care. They used chiropractic care (manual adjustments and the instrument assisted adjustments), Shockwave therapy, and even got me on supplements since I'm not yhe best about my daily nutrition. In the first month I felt so much better and had more energy.I kept up with preventative care until I moved out of state and I haven't been able to find another place that provides the level of care I got while I was a patient here. I have been to a couple of different chiropractic clinics in my life. I have never been anywhere like this. The team of people at Carolina Chiropractic in Shelby presented exactly as that…a team. From Kylie and Nikki welcoming me as I came in and making my check in as simple as possible, to Lee explaining to me the purpose of tests and showing me how specific treatments were geared toward treating my condition. I overheard Lee speaking with Dr. about my specific issues and was so pleased to hear that he had listened to everything I said and made sure the pertinent information was relayed to Doctor Dylan who listened and relayed it back to me. Ehrin absolutely made me feel like I was in a spa and not a Dr. Office and prepared me to receive the best adjustment I have ever received. I had never been to a chiropractor before my daughter Tabitha referred me to go to see Dr. Brad and I am so glad that I did I had been to ortho Carolina had x-rays of my shoulder about 3 years ago went to urgent care year 1/2 had x-rays of my hip they sent them to a radiologist said I had a bone spur I have been a total of 4 times and the results are amazing I can lift more at work now that I haven’t been able to for 3 years I can use it so much better Dr Brad is awesome he tells you exactly what to expect and he is so very caring about all his patients he’s very knowledgeable and professional and a very friendly and down to earth man I would definitely recommend him to anyone everyone that works there is so sweet and very friendly and caring Less

This is by far the best place for anything related to chiropractic care. They focus on everything related to your care and make sure you get the care you need.This is not one of those places where you come in and get an adjustment and you hope it’s what was needed. This place has more technology and the best staff than any chiropractic place I’ve been in the last 12 years. They are well equipped to assist with any type of care you need but it’s the people that sets them apart. I have been seen by each of the three doctors and receive great care from all of them.The other specialist who will work with you are so friendly and great at their jobs. There are so many additional services here and they are always so helpful.The ladies who help with scheduling, insurance and business related work are amazing. I have a brutal schedule and they are always able to work me into my appointments.Lastly, my father was visiting from up north and suddenly had terrible back pain. They were able to work him in as a new patient, saw him each day he was here and set himup with contacts for back in Michigan to continue his care.You will not regret making an appointment and you will benefit from the best technology and employees in the business.Appreciate you all at Carolina Chiro! At 66 years old, I decided to ditch the white collar job and go blue collar. The job is very physical and puts pressure on my neck and upper back. Eventually my neck started popping and though it did not hurt, it still concerned me. So I turned to Carolina Chiropractic Plus. The program they prescribed for me has worked! The neck popping has mostly gone away and my upper back area feels much better. Dr. Dylan has adjusted me well and the friendly staff has been excellent to work with for targeted therapy.
