I have been treated so poorly by other companies in my time of need . I spoke with Kam (branch manager )who finally treated me like a human and took the time to explain the process. Although I didn’t follow through with the quote I got I just want to leave a review because we need more people like her to treat people nice in their times of need . I will definitely be back when my circumstances change

Kam was amazing! Yesterday I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have the time nor documents handy. However she assured me she would take care of us from jump. We ended up coming back today caught her on the way to lunch, she stopped what she was doing and helped my Grandma without hesitation. She broke down our rates and outlined what a TITLE LOAN actually was. KAM THANK YOU.
