The 3 young men that came to tint my house windows were very polite, respectful and courteous. When I was speaking to one of them I mentioned to I forgot to ask for a quote on my front door. He then took initiative to call the office and let them know that I had mentioned that I would like the front door tinted. He told me that he had the some of the same tint in their truck and notified his boss. I thanked him and asked to go ahead and tint it and I would pay the extra amount for it. I received a call shortly after that from his office and agreed to pay for the adjustment. That is what I call AWESOME customer service and I would highly recommend them for any tint services. Thank you for your awesome customer service, you hardly see that anymore.

From the very first phone call they were knowledgeable, caring, and responsible. The call was about 3M warranty work and without hesitation knew exactly what to do. I didn't even mention that I did not get the original work done there! I came in for my appointment, showed them the warranty form, and less than an hour later my two windows as good as new. The competitor (Mother's) would not honor the warranty and said I needed to pay for the labor, which was incorrect, and these guys knew it. Hands-down I will use Fletch for any future window tint needs. Do it at Fletch and save the hassle!

I had my windows and sunroof tinted a few weeks ago. My experience was just what I would have hoped for. I was able to conveniently schedule my appointment when I wanted it. I dropped of my vehicle in the morning and picked it up a few hours later. The work look great and I haven’t noticed any items of concern. All in all, nice people, convenient scheduling, prompt service, and reasonable cost (and solid warranty). Job well done.

Mr. Kevin and his team of installers did an excellent job on installing my window tint. They made sure everything was up to standard and to my liking. I really enjoyed speaking with the gentleman at the reception desk. We had good conversations and he was very informative though-out the entire process. The waiting area even had good snacks and drinks! It was well worth the entire wait. I love my new window tint!

I've used Fletch for the tint on 5 different cars over the past 8 years. I use their high-quality 3M ceramic tint, and have never had issues, even years after the install. Highly recommend.

Windows look perfect! Cooled down the inside of my Gladiator immensely and gave me the coolest looking ride in the neighborhood. Quality job and $$$ less that anyone else!
