I am disappointed that this time the Killian plumber didn’t clean up the mess made by the drain backup. In 47 years as a customer I have never had this happen. He said that he has never done the cleanup before. I have had to hire someone else to come in and do it for me. At least Killian didn’t charge me for the service call to come out and figure this out. But always in the past the Killian plumber has done this as a matter of routine.
