I experienced no internal miscommunications as I have with so many other contractors.Also, they came back promptly to add more nails to the plastic header trim that started to buckle in the summer heat - covered under warranty.

There were three goals I had with my recent purchase of a garage door.1) I wanted an attractive garage door that will complement my home, give me the same trouble free operation as my now worn out 45 year old one, and would be easy to maintain.2) I wanted a company that will stand behind the product and their installation, was helpful in the selection process and would work with me to meet my expectations.3) A professional installation team that will come in, do it right, answer questions, and leave my property in as clean or better shape as arrival time.I purchased a top line door. My installation only happened 3 days ago, so we can't answer all my questions with conviction. I have to say, I have a great looking door, it operates silently, the installers were professional, meticulous, clean, and got the job done as promised.Based on the current Google review summary posted today, my experience seems to be the one shared by a majority of customers. Raynor Door Company is the real deal. This is a family owned business in Chicagoland for decades. Their knowledge, expertise, product, and customer service are top tier. This is an industry (garage doors and garage door repair) that unfortunately has been largely taken over by scam artists in major cities like Chicago, LA, NY etc. I know because both I and other family members have been taken advantage by them. There are loads of unscrupulous companies operating in this space so buyer beware. As far as Raynor Door Company is concerned, they are legitimate, reputable, and you will not get ripped off. Beware of sound-a-like names too. Some of the unscrupulous companies use similar sounding names to ride on the coat tails of a good and legitimate business so be careful out there!
