Working with the Energize Group for my start-up Dental Office has been a breath of fresh air! There's so many things to manage and coordinate while focusing on the development of a dental practice and Energize has been amazing at helping balance the load! They've helped me create an awesome logo and brand for the practice, website, and we're gearing up for both organic social media and google ads to go live early next year and I can't wait to see the results of all of our hard work! They've been easy to communicate with, transparent, and are full of creative energy! Since my last review, there have been multiple issues of miscommunication, billing my account for incorrect services, posting ads for another dental company onto my practice’s social media, and subpar social media content. My concerns have been generally dismissed, they refuse to let me speak with upper management/leadership, have attempted to gaslight me when I bring up my concerns, and clearly do not have good attention to detail and cut corners whenever possible. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your marketing needs.
