Having been a member since 2019 I've enjoyed the convenience of a gym atmosphere without too much commotion or pressure. It is easily accessible from early to late and always very clean. Navin continues to grow the space with top level training equipment and attention to detail. His knowledge of fitness and health can shape you into the person you want to become. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to better their physical or mental health in a comfortable setting. "Just get there..."

This gym is honestly the only reason I work out :)I spent most of my career working nonstop in kitchens and never made time for fitness. I just kept pushing through and ignored what my body needed. I started going to Refinery Fitness in the Fall of 2020 when I was first pregnant. I was very impressed with the facilities and the cleanliness of the gym. Navin has trained me during both of my pregnancies and post pregnancies. I've never felt so comfortable and supported in a fitness environment. I love working out at this gym with my good friends. The training sessions have helped me with all of my fitness goals including participating in my first sprint triathlon. I'm very happy to go to this gym and I highly recommend it.

I can’t say enough good things about Refinery Fitness. I was referred by a friend after a gym I had been going to closed, and as soon as Navin gave me a tour, I knew it was going to be the perfect fit. The equipment is top notch and and an incredible variety for all types of fitness levels/goals, it is so clean and there’s tons of little details around the gym that make it stand out from any other. I have been referring to it as my sanctuary; I go there, put some music on and can shut off everything for a while and get a good workout in. Hidden gem!

I have been utilizing Refinery Fitness since joining in 2020. I chose the gym over other options in the area because it offered everything I needed, in a more intimate space than available elsewhere.The gym offers a private setting to workout in, no crowds, people taking selfies in the dressing room, or slamming down weights. No one to impress; just an opportunity to workout in a clean, safe environment. The equipment is first class and Navin (the owner/manager/trainer) is responsive to any concerns or questions I may have.Since joining, Navin has expanded the gym and I can’t imagine going elsewhere.

It's never too crowded, but whenever people are around, everyone's super friendly and respectful. The whole place has an easy, welcoming vibe.Training with Navin has been such a grounding experience. The equipment is top-tier, the parking is plentiful, and the pricing is refreshingly reasonable. I love having access to streaming content, which keeps my workouts fresh and flexible. No trainers (although available), no pressure—just a space where I can move, breathe, and reset. The owner is super responsive and keeps everything running smoothly.
