Everything was great, from start-to-finish, including the design planning, verification, intallation, and clean-up.It is a beautiful product, and looks fantastic in our bedroom, but I found the cost to be on the high side for what you get. All custom closet companys are similar though.If you want a custom closet, be prepared to shell out more than what you may expect! Less
