Jeff is the best. He fixed this huge dent in my roof that was preventing the moon roof from operating properly. His price was reasonable, he clearly communicated throughout the process, and displayed a high level of integrity. As a bonus he even reset the moon roof for me. It's been working great ever since.

I backed into my workbench in my garage. I put a nice little dent about size of a golf ball in my 2024 Acura MDX lift gate. The last time i had a lift gate repaired it was on a 2012 Pathfinder it was $1,600. This lift gate has a lot more electronics in it than the Pathfinder. I was afraid to go to the body shop. I figured it would be over 2 grand. The man at the body did want to do the job. He told me to go to Jeff at Heritage PDR. When Jeff told me it would be under $300 I could not believe it. And on top of that the repair is perfect. I wish I would have known about Heritage PDR when I got my Pathfinder fixed.

Jeff fixed a pretty bad dent on my 2022 Honda Ridgeline truck. He did it in one day at 1/10th the price a local body shop charged me in May for almost an identical dent in the exact same location ( different vehicle). The body shop took 5 days. Absolutely amazing work. 6 stars!

I came in with a scratch hopeful that Jeff could buff out. He was skeptical about being able to get it back to normal, but he had no reason to be. He jumped right on it and had my truck looking good as new in about 20 minutes. If you need a dent removed, go directly to Jeff’s shop, he’ll take care of you!

Extremely pleased with Heritage PDR. Jeff was quick to respond, offered very fair and competitive pricing, and was great to work with. He removed 3-4 dents from my Expedition and it now looks great.During the process, one of my interior panels was slightly dinged, but Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. I get it- sometimes things happen, but it's how a company stands behind their work that matters.I will definitely (although I hope not!) be back for future dent work because I trust the quality of his work know he'll make it right if anything comes up.
