We invested in a very nice patio cover and were looking forward to a lovely shaded outdoor area to enjoy.Unfortunately, our experience has been very negative. First, they used the WRONG COLOR. I brought it their attention and trying to be generous, offered to see if we could "live with it" instead of having them redo it. We decided that while not our favorite at all nor what we asked for, we would just make it work even though it didn't really match the new patio furniture we invested in. Most businesses will offer a modest discount for a failure on their part, however, ACES did not.Second and the absolute WORST part, when we had our initial conversation with Jonny, my husband asked about leveling. Johnny assured us that they always do that before doing the coating.This is directly from the email when we were quoted "Price for all labor and material to grind the patio floor to clean open concrete. Fill all cracks, rough areas, low spots, and divots with Penntek Mender". Not just a verbal agreement - it's right there in writing.Our patio is not small - approximately 20' x 25' - they did not level any low spots at all. As a result, when it rains heavily and when I use a hose to clean the patio, the low spots that were not leveled retain water in several key areas including where the furniture sits and right outside the door to the house making a puddle for all to walk through. I made several calls to try and address the issue and had a very difficult time getting a call back. When Johnny finally spoke with me, he would not agree to fix the issue. We always extend grace and request a fix before writing a bad review. We spent over $2800 and are left with this mess. Very disappointed - DO NOT RECOMMEND! Less

We have loved our ACE garage floor! We had it installed in summer, 2021 and were pleased and impressed with the installation crew and how quick it was! Recently we had a bad rust stain appear from some old equipment we had in there and I just mopped over it with warm soapy water and it came right off. Not one regret. ACES did a fantastic job on my garage floor. I previously had a floor that pulled up in spots due to hot tires. They ground that off and applied new floor. Looks much better than plain colored floor before and does better job of not showing dirt, tire marks and streaks. Very friendly and professional crew. We had our garage floor & patio done & the coating they use is solid. So far so good after 10 months of rain, some ice, freezing temps. No fault lines so far. We will probably call them for our front porch as well. Well worth the expense.... More

I asked for a fixed cost material only price for 1 sq foot, because I don’t want them wasting my time and I don’t want to waste theirs. Obviously the final cost per sq ft would go up depending on various factors pertaining to my space, but I wanted to know if they were competitive. Debbie explained that cost would c... More

Debbie explained that cost would change depending on sq ft, soft or hard concrete testing, grinding, sidewalls, etc-all of which was understandable. I asked for the material only cost that they charge every customer for that material-for example epoxy flooring ranges $4-7 per sqft. We are trying to decide between the two types of flooring, and instead of being helpful Debbie told us, “I guess you won’t be getting your floors done by us then!!” Again, completely unprofessional and rude!!! They were extra neat and detailed, keeping the workspace neat as they progressed. Everything was as easy and fast as they promised.
