I was not very impressed with the scheduling and sales process. In addition, they added an unexpected charge to move furniture, even though the sales representative told me the guys would be happy to help move it. I felt like I was backed into a corner on paying the fee the day the service was scheduled. In addition, it took 4 days instead of 2 days as advertised. While I am mostly pleased with the finished product, I would not recommend ACES 24 Hour Floors based on the oversell and underdeliver experience.

We have had 3 different products on our patio -- 2 different tiles and artificial turf. Our patio faces west and is partially covered. None of these products worked. After years of trial and error, we finally have something that looks great and will hopefully last forever.Now they have done our garage floor, and it’s amazing!They also repaired our front steps and applied their product. Thankfully we won’t be slipping on the steps anymore, and the colors look great with the house.
