I am a Real Estate Agent who referred a lot of business over to Angelo who is the Owner currently. He completed a job and it wasn't to the satisfaction of my client and after repeated phone calls/texts/emails....etc he has ghosted us and never ammended his mistakes. For a company that boasts about being percise and customer satisfaction.....safe to say I will never use Acclaimed roofing if Angelo is still the owner.

Despite promises from Acclaimed Roofing that they would reach out to us three weeks ago to discuss these concerns, we have yet to hear from them.Now, they have leined our property for non-payment, which is incredibly frustrating given the circumstances. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and quality roofing services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!​

Absolutely the worse experience with a roofing company in the 27 years being in Real Estate. Worse part is the owner flat out lied to me. He told me he replaced the 20 year old flashing around the entire house and when I caught him in his lie he offered me $750 discount that we refused. We tried to remedy this with Angelo the owner, but he straight walked off the job, didn't say goodbye and left our new T-Tops, roof tiles and other supplies on the side the house. His crew damaged our stucco, rock facia and left debris all over our yard.We have contacted the owner multiple times and refuses to return calls or emails. We provided the owner with an independent roof inspection pointing out multiple deficiencies with their quality of their work. As you can see from the pictures below you would expect better quality for a 32,150 roofing job.This company past reviews don't reflect the current level of service you can expect to receive. We are extremely disappointed with this company.Four day's ago you posted that I was going to hear from your customer care manager. I still haven't a single phone call, txt, message, or email response. Completely unacceptable!

In over 25 years of buying & selling homes I’ve yet to run into such a dishonest roofing company. They left trash all over my yard each day, were disrespectful and never finished the job. The owner Angelo flat out lied multiple times right to my face. All of our new vents, are dented & are not fully painted. Very sloppy and unprofessional to say the least.

I would highly recommend Acclaimed Roofing. They are extremely professional, had the solar panels taken off, the roof was on in one day, and the solar panels will be back on tomorrow.

From the start of the project, Angelo and his team were professional and great to work with. When they provided their estimate, they included many pictures and took their time reviewing my roof. They communicated every step of the way and were very fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend Acclaimed Roofing.

5 stars, Angel and his team are professional and a first class operation. They installed what I paid for and never skimped on materials. They are the best. They included all the best products like HT high temperature underlayment, bird stops, drip rail, galvanized valleys, and weather stop. The other bids I had were a little less but did not include HT!

We had a great experience with Acclaimed Roofing after we noticed a leak in our roof following some storms. They were quick and efficient. The communication was excellent. We had solar panels that needed to be removed, and they were at the house just as the final panels were being removed so they could get started as soon as possible. Honestly the only critique was that we found quite a few nails scattered throughout the yard afterwards that took us maybe 20-30 minutes to pick up, but I’m guessing that’s an issue with most roof replacements.

My flat roofs were repaired by Acclaimed costing 16000 dollars. From the beginning, laziness seemed to be rampant from not keeping me informed to overspray on my patio, on my patio furniture, on my bbq and who knows what's on my roof. I'm 70 yo and do not feel safe climbing up there to check. Antonio a supervisor was pleasant and attempted to mitigate my concerns. Sadly power washing only minimally cleaned my patio. The cushions are damaged permanently. He gave me 200 dollars off my bill. Not enough. Won't use them again.

Amazing people to work with!! No big rains yet but I’m sure everything is perfect! Was performed during a difficult time for family and they made it so easy to have one less thing on the mind while losing a parent. Definitely would recommend.
