I would like to give Walsh Engineering and Surveying some love. Especially, Larry. I was dealing with a property line issue with my neighbor. Larry listened and knew what needed to be done. From there, he even came and to walk the site. It was a bit of a complex situation because our little area is not like a tract community the way most of us envision a neighborhood. And the land deeds and records were so old, it wasn’t helping. In the end, he knew what to do. And he has the right connections to dig deep into the archives of the San Diego registry. And of course, the corners were marked and recorded (it’s official now) and there was no more disputing who owned what. But that same neighbor didn’t want to believe it so he decided to bring his own surveyor and they said the corners Larry and his team already made are what they would use. So he just spent all that money for nothing. Jokes on that guy!!!I have Larry’s number on my contacts lists because that’s how dependable he is and easy to talk to. Get ahead of the surveyor task and the Walsh team will help you get there first.

They were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Our project had several permitting and drainage issues, and their team worked through them with the City and kept us informed throughout the process.What impressed us most was their practical approach and communication. I had contacted Walsh Engineering after dealing with another surveyor told me our lot line was improperly defined. The other surveyor had a very expensive solution, both in their fees and county fees to fix the problem. Said other surveyor also didn't know how to go the whole process from A to B of fixing the problem. I went to the county, lawyers, realtors, title company, etc, all trying to figure out how to solve the problem., and no one could help.Someone recommended Walsh to me, and within a day they had figured out someone had just written East instead of West on our deed. Cost me less than a tenth of what it probably would have cost me going the route of the other guys. The whole process was super easy once they were involved. Thank you to Breanna and everyone else that helped!

Walsh Engineering has provided professional engineering services for our 3 lot subdivision project in the County of San Diego, for the past 5+ years, and has provided exemplary service.Throughout the project, there have been many obstacles, some that we thought were insurmountable and they would have been, if not for the Walsh Engineering Team and their expertise.  Those obstacles included challenging a fire hydrant and street light with the San Diego Fire Protection District, SDG&E, Otay Water District and the County of San Diego.  The Walsh Team argued that infrastructure already existed within the required distance to the property and by recognizing these oversights and advocating for us, Larry Walsh and his team saved us thousands of dollars on our project. We highly recommend Walsh to any homeowner or developer in need of Engineering services.

My wife and I are in the process of building a new custom home and have gone through so many "adventures" from the time we started the process until now. I am sure we have more adventures to come.
