I called Bickle Electric on behalf of my 95 year old mother. She had an incident where she heard a loud "pop" and then saw smoke in her kitchen. She called the Godfrey Fire Dept. who could not find any problem but, immediately after, the lights in her dining room quit working. Then a family member tried to remedy the problem but to no avail. After assessing the problem, Bickle Electric informed me they were 3 months out on service and repairs. A few days later, a service rep came to my mom's house. His name is Christian. he was so incredibly friendly, patient, and professional with my mom. He listened to her story, then quickly located the problem and repaired it. The final bill was FAR below what we expected. Overall, it was a great experience!! I HIGHLY recommend Bickle Electric!!

I had a wonderful experience getting 220v line and breaker installed with Bickle from bid to finish - and it wasn't an easy job as it required snaking about 20-30 feet of wire through a partially occluded, inaccessible plenum. Jeff did a great job getting everything done with minimal damage (a few holes had to be cut in the sheet rock). He even swept up when finished! Highly recommended.

I called Bickle 8am on a Monday morning and spoke to Andie with an urgent need - the power to our sewer pump was not getting the correct voltage and was not working. Christian arrived within an hour of the call and was efficient and effective. By 11am the job was complete! I even had Christian install a lamppost light I'd been meaning to get done. Now our home is safe from sewer backups and our front stairs are safely lit. I'm new to Edwardsville and happy to find a local business to call. I will be using Bickle again!

I called about getting some electrical work done at my house which involved wiring some switches to turn on and off the ceiling lights in the bedrooms and replacing outlets in those bedrooms so the top ones can be powered on constantly. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly and knowledgable, did amazing work, and were reasonably priced! I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any sort of electrical work done.

Hired them to install an electric and cable TV outlet over our fireplace in Vicksburg subdivision of Edwardsville so that we could mount the TV there. It was very hard to get to with the vaulted ceiling in our living room but Luke made short work of it and it turned our perfect at a very reasonable price.
