⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First-Class Service from Colourful Language It took me an age to find somewhere that could refurbish my alloy wheels. Although plenty of companies offer the service, getting an appointment can be incredibly difficult, with many places asking you to wait three or four weeks. Thankfully, I found Colourful Language, and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be! When I arrived, I was greeted by a charming gentleman who was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. After explaining why I was there, he couldn't have been more accommodating. He called Russell, the owner, out to take a look and provide me with a quote. Russell carefully inspected all four alloy wheels and, when I asked when the work could be done, he simply said, "Now, if you've got the time!" He even offered me a cup of tea before getting straight to work. I had the pleasure of watching Russell carry out the refurbishment, and I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail and friendly manner. He did an absolutely amazing job, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. It's not often you come across such outstanding customer service and genuine pride in workmanship these days, but that's exactly what I received at Colourful Language. I sincerely hope I don't damage another alloy wheel, but if I do, I know exactly where I'll be going! Thank you, Russell, for a fantastic job and for making the whole experience so enjoyable.
