I bought a new pre-loved carbon road bike and wanted to ensure it was the right fit for me. 🚲 As a rider in my fifties, I am riding for pleasure as well as fitness. I am not a competitive cyclist, but I wanted to ensure that I was in a riding position that was comfortable and minimised any risk of injury. This was my first ever bike fit. I learnt a lot from my session with Alvin who guided me through what he was doing and why. I never knew that your feet weren't supposed to touch the ground while sitting on the saddle!
