My mum and daughter spent an 1 1/2 hours on Beaulieu River in a Canadian Canoe. We had a lovely time with Chris and Darren our guides who told us about the history and folklore of the area.

The two instructors made the day a brilliant experience. They were so helpful in getting us along the river in the wind and the tide. They gave us information about the river and the wild life which was very interesting and their attitude was upbeat and positive.

Took my two grown up children and had a great time. Very peaceful apart from our laughing. We really enjoyed our time on the water and hope to do it again. Would definitely recommend it for someone on their own or in a group.

I recently went out with the family for some canoeing for my third time on the river with New Forest Activities!An all round great afternoon. Our guide Caller was fantastic and super knowledgeable. It was quite a windy day so we rafted up together and still had a brilliant time.Thanks for looking after us - a couple in the group hadn’t done anything like this before and they had a blast.

This is the third time we have returned to the activity centre for a corporate day and it is always fantastic. This year was a little different and we need Sam and his team to support a wider day of events that we had planned, which they embraced and did with real understanding of our whole event (not just the portion that was with them). Their knowledge, skill and ideas really ensured our day was brilliant. Keeping 84 adults happy, engaged and laughing isn’t always easy but Sam and his team nailed it and the setting is simply stunning!

We went for a paddle in Canadian canoes as a Team experience and had a great time. Just a pleasure to spend time in that environment and with a lovely lucj at Henry's in between. Thanks so much to Sam and the Team. A great experience all round despite it being June's hottest day!

We were welcomed by Andy who explained the day. He helped us into the canoes, checked on us to make sure we had the hang of it and then pointed us off. He explained a few wildlife and local aspects on the way. Having turned around at the half way point he hung back and gave us some space. Back at the jetty, he gave us a free have and twist challenges. And afterwards, he made my wife tea! Perfect.
