Booking our experience was so straightforward. The operator I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and sorted everything out so smoothly.All the information sent on email, directions, wavers and information was clear and easy to access and manage.We were met by our guide, Darren, who was incredibly friendly and put us all at ease. His information and support was thorough and clear and instruction was very easy to understand and follow.We took our twin grandsons for an early present for their 12th birthday. It was the first time canoeing for all of us.Once on the water Darren’s continued encouragement and tips meant that we were able to make the absolute most of our fantastic experience. We would definitely do this again if we were visiting again.Tim, Maggie, Monty and Barnaby.

We did a two hour guided kayaking excursion on the Beaulieu River. It was a very enjoyable activity, Cala was an excellent guide, the great weather helped! Very scenic and a lot of fun. Highly recommended!

We booked our grandson into the activity day and he said that he had a great time. I asked him what was his favourite activity and he said the extreme hide and seek. But when I asked what this least favourite activity he said nothing as he enjoyed it all. So much so that he’s asked to go back next summer when he’s staying with us.

As a family of 4 adults, we hired kayaks for a self guided session. Booking was easy online. On arrival we were welcomed and given a comprehensive briefing for the session.Once on the water we enjoyed a lovely couple of hours paddling towards Bucklers Hard and then Beaulieu. The river was peaceful and we spotted plenty of wildlife. A great way to spend a morning paddling together.

Absolutely beautiful sunset kayaking trip. Chris was an excellent leader, knowledgeable about both the history and wildlife in the Beaulieu river. I came away feeling very relaxed with a greater appreciation of the river. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful canoe experience yesterday from the activity centre to Bucklers Hard. It was for my nieces hen do and was brilliant. Our young female South African instructor ( sorry forgot her name) was awesome and made it a very special visit. I’d give her 10 out of 10 for customer service. Thank you

The family canoe trip is brilliant! The river is beautiful and calm and our guide Kai was amazing, full of local information and even some games which was fun with the other families on the trip. Will definitely do again !

Great afternoon session of archery with Chris. He's a great instructor, and has a good deal of knowledge on the history of archery, which he imparts in excellent bite-sized portions! Had a good coffee from the farm shop, which stocks loads of lovely products and has a local butchery. Plenty of parking space, and the WCs (and showers) are good and clean. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely trip down Beaulieu River. Calla guide very enthusiastic and we had a great experience, saw white egrets and heron. My granddaughter 9 really enjoyed it. Felt very safe.
