Having only just recently joined it’s been heart warming to see the level of support you receive from day one and talking to those that have been with the gym for longer this level of support never wavers! I trained at this gym 4 years ago for 6 months, got injured and didn't feel ready to come back until last week. The welcome, support, community in this gym is like nothing I've ever experienced. Most inclusive gym I've ever been to, both trainers and other members make it feel like a proper local community. No egos here! The individual attention from the trainers to technique and progression plus all the extras (yoga, coffee and lots more) makes this gym stand out. Love having a programme to follow, regular 121s, and the booking system and small group size means it is never crowded. A gym where you feel the trainers know and care about you. And somewhere that is friendly and fun. Highly recommended.
