McCandless just drilled a new well for us. All of their employees were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and did the work efficiently. We had been having a hard time with our well since the fall and they were very helpful with diagnosing the problem and explaining the process. We are excited to continue to work with McCandless and have the plumbing division do all of the new plumbing in our house. We highly recommend them.

Our well developed a leak, McCandless was phenomenal in fixing it. Two of their technicians came out on Monday, and worked non-stop for 3-4 hours trying to get the well cap off, without causing more damage to the well. They contacted their supervisor, who asked if it would be ok for the owner and another guy to come out the next day, to try to prevent further damage and the need to get a new well drilled. Zan and Andrew came at 7am and by 11am, we had clean running water, without having to spend the money on digging a new well.I feel, other companies would have given up and tried to sell us a new well, but McCandless treats their clients like family; and won't screw you over for a profit. Thank you to Matt, Andrew, Zac and Andrew (a different Andrew came the second day) for not giving up and saving us a bundle.

Called Alex early in the morning because I had no water. Pump was shot. They worked steady all day (well is 333' deep.) Had water by 7pm that evening. Great guys, top notch . Would highly recommend.

We called McCandless when another well driller didn't show up to change our well pump at our camp. I called to get an appointment to have one of their people come and give me a price to replace the pump. One hour after I talked to them they sent over Dustin to see what I needed and to do a quote. Dustin sent the quote that afternoon and I approved the quote. The office called me the next day and was put on their schedule for the following Monday (today) for 8:00am. Came at 8 and started the process. After they changed out the pump and turned it back on, Andrew notice something just didn't act right and found that there was to much air in the tank and the pressure switch was not working properly. He set the air pressure to the right pressure and changed out the pressure switch with the correct one. After that it ran like a charm. This company was fantastic to work with and would recommend them to anyone needing well service. Thanks to all at McCandless.
