My 14yr old loves the indepandance to gym with his friends after school, and I feel at ease knowing there are staff watching them to make sure they are safe and to give them advice when needed. I wish you had a gym in Hampton.

Fresh is a perfect local get fit gym. Big enough for what you need to achieve with great equipment, classes and trainers and small enough that you feel part of a community and you know people. Great fun, great community, great service.

Fresh Gym is what I class as Shepperton’s hidden gem!A friendly atmosphere throughout, with an eclectic group of people from all walks of life, with one common purpose, fitness and health. The classes are geared for all fitness levels, with no pressure, just encouragement to keep you going, which in my case is much needed🤣The general gym equipment is clean and well laid out, with the lovely staff on hand to help if needed. It’s a small and friendly gym and I have no hesitation in recommended to anyone new to the area or a first timer! If you aren’t a member already, TRY IT!SP

This is a very friendly gym. I am always welcomed with a smile and a hello and I feel I can ask anyone for help if I need to. Special thanks to the lovely Ellie who is my PT and Gary for making sure the whole team is on board with his view of customer service. Lots of classes and interesting events all the time too! It's a pleasure to train at Fresh.

I've been a member since Fresh opened approx. 14 years ago. What I like about it is it's not corporate at all but completely independent and has a real sense of community. Staff are friendly and always ready to offer advice and help if needed. A good range of classes are available too if you don't want to train alone.

I have been with Fresh Gym for 2 years now!!! It’s a very friendly and welcoming environment- all ages, abilities, fitness levels, shapes and sizes - everyone is welcome 🙏🏻.The mix of classes available offers a very eclectic choice and there is something for everyone. All of the staff are professional and friendly, with a wealth of experience between them. I have recently been working with PT Ayinla which started as rehab after an illness which caused muscle wasting. He has quite literally changed my life, given me confidence in myself, motivation, great fun but challenging workouts and my health and fitness has improved immensely- even some muscle tone showing now!I am very happy at Fresh and have recommended it to friends. Thanks to all at Fresh 🙏🏻

Excellent independent gym. I have been a member for over 10 years and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Great range of exercise classes as well as bookable "one to one " sessions with trainers and physio staff. I don't need "glitz" just a great atmosphere.
