Ms. Leann and her staff are the best!! I dropped my stained wedding dress off to be cleaned last week 4 days after my wedding hopeful it could be completely removed. Ms. Leann called me Friday to make sure I understood the risk of the stain potentially spreading before starting the cleaning process and that cleaning wasn’t guaranteed. She told me to give her a week - I received a call MONDAY that she was able to completely remove the stain and that my dress was back in pristine condition! I am extremely happy about my service from drop off to pick up :) Pricing was very reasonable compared to cleaners I inquired with. I will be back with more items soon!

I had a last minute pressing job that I called about at 5:00pm and needed first thing in the morning. The pressers were already gone for the day but the employee offered that if I brought it in that night, they could have it pressed for me when they opened at 7:00am. I dropped it off by 6:00pm and when I arrived at 7:02am it was hanging there pressed and waiting for me. I am so appreciative that the employee offered that solution and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend.

Tommy Bahama was labeling shirts wrong and when I ended up with a damaged shirt she was quick to reach out directly to them, let them know they were labeling wrong and even got them to replace my shirt! Had my daughter’s wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved at Deluxe Cleaners in West Chester. LeeAnn, the owner, was a delight to work with. She explained the whole process throughly. I felt very comfortable leaving the gown and veil. My daughter had a city wedding, literally dancing on the streets of Pittsburgh. The gown went from black on the train to white. I highly recommend this business.

Picked to wear my wedding dress ( 24 yrs before I did) I had not had it cleaned preserved properly, I took the dress in for a consult . Oh yes we can definitely clean it…… ok let’s get it done so I can take it to be re designed a bit per my daughters vision. Leann then calls over Sherry the awesome alteration person.
