The website is excellent, the response quick, the work perfect, and Nick is an affable professional. We changed our plan slightly with no issues, and the cost was fair and competitive. Recent strong winds in Sandy, UT caused a corner aluminum soffit piece to become unattached on two sides. This resulted in the unsecured corner of the soffit being raised upwards (into the attic). I contacted Gutter Boys and shortly received an email from Nick Hammond scheduling a visit to assess the issue. He came out, set up his ladder and poked around the soffit to see what would be required to secure it. He quickly determined that a couple of screws placed in unseen area would secure the soffit and made the fix. So why the rating? (1) He scheduled a specific time for the visit, (2) determined what needed to be done and (3) made the fix in a very short time. I was willing to pay and when I asked how much I owed him, (4) he said that he lives close by and that the time to make the fix was short and therefore waived any costs. He was professional, easy to work with and made good use of his time.
