I stored an antique car here for two months. I just had a new white vinyl roof put on the car and when I came to look at the car it was covered in rat droppings. The car also had footprints on the vehicle.Very kind customer service and safety features, but poor final service due to rats. Less

I love Epic Storage. It always felt clean and safe. The only problem I had (and it was so minute I hate to mention it) was I would forget the office is closed from 12:30 to 2:00. That is probably more my issue than theirs. The staff is helpful and friendly. =) Less

In the southern highlands area, this is one of the cheaper places to store your stuff at. Friendly service, easy access, very secure. The only complaint is their online system will not let you pay in advance for your unit. You have to pay the day its due. Minor annoyance, but should be addressed. Less

i called one day on a whim. no one answered, so i left a message. i got a call back reasonably fast. we set a appointment to meet. i was a little late. i was able to check out the two available options, make a decision and was out the door within an hour. they were polite and courteous. i would reccomend this storage to another person Less

Kurt was awesome. Very friendly and very accommodating. The facility, although older, was still very clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish was that the loading carts be available without needing to let Kurt know and retrieving from the garage outside of the main gate. Despite this, as stated earlier, Kurt was very accommodating for this. Even left 2 carts for me to use after office hours (I called ahead to let him know). Overall, I highly recommend Epic Storage. They are terrible. They knew we were moving in on the day of our move and didn’t unlock the lock on our storage and we needing up waiting for hours because their lunch break was from 12:30 to 2 pm and no one was available to cover. We needing paying 400 dollars more to the movers since it extended our move time. So ridiculous.. I wouldn’t recommend them for their terrible customer service.I just want to update the review because the manager came back apologized and was able to help us sort through the issue very efficiently.
