This review is to highlight Jaz and the exceptional service we were provided. I drove from another facility because they didn’t have an item I needed. Jaz was very kind and helped with what I needed. Very sweet and accommodating. Also, the facility is clean and smells so good in the lobby area. I mentioned this to Jaz and we had a conversation about having good smelling candles, burners, and other smell good items. She was so nice. I hope you keep her around for a long time and give her a raise. Thank you Jaz!

Extremely helpful and so nice over the phone. They made it super quick and easy. The only slight downfall was that it seems there’s door codes for bathrooms etc. which I didn’t have. I was thinking it could be in the welcome packet but it wasn’t. I know I could have gone in and asked but we were in moving mode and it wasn’t during the lunch timeframe. But other than that everything was great! I wouldn’t be deterred just because of not having the bathroom code.

With most businesses going digital now in days, is so refreshing to actually interact with a human being, and most importantly being treated so nice, professional, kind, etc. Jazz definitely is one of a kind! I would so highly recommend the storage facility not just because of their competitive pricing, but also for how clean they keep their locations and of course, because of the beyond and above type of service you get from their staff. Thank you Jazz for all your help. You are simply the best!
