Putting the water softener in our newly purchased 70’s house was a tough decision. We have a lot of other necessary expenses. Austin didn’t try to “sell” us. He educated us and then let us take time to prioritize. Ours was a health decision and the physical relief of ameliorating itchy dry skin is indescribable. Austin, his professional and his people skills, is nothing short of a gift. We couldn't be happier with the product, our decision, and Austin’s guidance.

Very trustworthy company. They arrived on time to the appointment. The wait time to get an appointment was reasonable. Our water is 1000% better. Tech was pleasant and taught us everything we needed to know. Price was fair. Highly recommend. Wish I called them sooner.

Very happy with Jones Air and Water. Austin did a great job installing our new water softener and filter. Price was better than everyone else quotes. Very personable and polite. Appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions. Not often a service tech gives you their cell number before they leave for just in case or any questions I forgot. Great guy. Great service. Great price.
