After the new owners took over, I tried to stay a customer. But the pricing spiked, and the service went down. I used to love getting my nails done. Now its a chore. In the 4 months+ since they took over, I have broken 3 nails and got a fungal treatment from them. Never had I ever had that issue with the previous staff. When I went to get my last nail fixed, the lady was so rough and stern with me, I couldn't relax and she was getting mad at me. I wont be going back for my nails anymore. Breaks my heart because this used to be my happy place. Joanna is still amazing and I highly recommend her for pedicures. The last 2 times I've scheduled my nails with a pedi, they have rushed me out and I haven't been able to get one. Just very sad abd disappointed.

They were incredibly welcoming from the front door to every station. Joann(a) is amazing. My previous experience was not so joyous and she made sure to be very gentle with my broken nail. Every aspect of the pedicure was handled with absolute care! I also received a proper massage. My feet feel amazing! While I was getting my toes done, a nail tech was practicing for the technique on my nails. It was very apparent that they are there for the customers!The massage chair was a bit uncomfortable. The manicurist could have taken more time filing them (rough and uneven edges) left a bit of polish around my nails which hardened and was uncomfortable. However, I grabbed an emery board and am in love with the service and treatment.Edited to add: the owner's husband is a savant. He was the one who suggested the opal flakes to the individual doing my nails. I was lucky enough to get him this time. He made magic happen with my vision. He is kind and very detailed. The massage only lasted about 1 minute but I am happy overall.

Such wonderfully nice people! Everyone was so friendly and you can truly tell that they genuinely care about the Quality of work that they put into each individual customer! I will be back
