Joanna was amazing! She did my pedicure today and hit some pressure points on my feet that left me so relaxed. Almost didn’t want to leave lol amazing place definitely coming back.

I went in for a pedicure and Cindy helped me . First of all she tried to upsell me on something I already had my mind set on what I wanted . I got a Deluxe pedicure . Y'all need to understand that when ppl say they don't want something NO MEANS NO. Beginning of pedicure she cut my toe, 2 of them, and it's been hurting since . I asked that my nail trim be rounded and not squared as I have always had them that way . I have 2 toes rounded and the rest square . Throughout pedicure she would push at my legs instead of communicating verbally . (& I spoke with her just fine there was no language barrier ). I say no thank you to the" cheese grater " and she was trying to convince me saying oh it's new. Stop using that . It damages people's skin . Id I said No thank you . That's it move on . At end of pedicure she puts the shoes on me and tells me to sit down but I assume for my toes to set. Then she leaves and sits somewhere else and doesn't come back . I sat there 20 minutes like um ok am I good to go Polish isn't even wvenlt coated?I paid, left my tip and I will never return .
