They get five stars only because Google won't let me give them ten. The gym is large, clean, and well organized. The layout of the equipment was thoughtful and leads to a smooth workout.Cory, the owner, was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. We received a tour of the facility and it was very impressive. They have built a strong community and it shows in their interactions.Coach Tim was amazing. He took his time explaining the form and workouts. He was attentive to everyone. As someone who is newer, he watched me closely and guided me to safety.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bion Strength!We were in Tucson for work from South Carolina and were hoping to find a gym where we could get our workouts in while traveling. We ended up doing three 5:30 a.m. classes during our stay, and Bion Strength absolutely exceeded our expectations.The first thing you notice is how incredibly clean and well maintained the entire facility is. The equipment, workout areas, restrooms—everything was clean, organized, and clearly cared for. And coming from South Carolina, having an air-conditioned gym in the Arizona heat was an AMAZING bonus!What really sets Bion Strength apart, though, is the people. From the moment we walked in, we never felt like outsiders or “drop-ins.” Corey welcomed us, gave us a tour of the facility, and seemed genuinely appreciative that we chose to work out there. That kind of welcome immediately makes an impression.Coach Tim was fantastic. He was patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and extremely welcoming. The members were just as friendly. Walking into an unfamiliar gym at 5:30 in the morning could easily feel awkward, but instead we felt completely comfortable and welcomed from the start.Having 5:30 a.m. classes was also perfect for us. We were in Tucson on a busy work schedule, and being able to get three workouts in before our days started was exactly what we needed.There really aren’t enough words to describe how pleased we were with our experience. We travel quite a bit, and finding a gym away from home that immediately feels comfortable isn’t always easy. Bion Strength nailed it.If I lived in Tucson, I would join this gym immediately. No hesitation.Thank you to Corey, Coach Tim, and everyone at Bion Strength for making a couple of South Carolina drop-ins feel right at home. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Tucson!

I joined this place in June 2015 and my only regret is that it wasn't before then! I remember walking out my first day thinking, "oh my goodness, these Crossfitters are amazing and I'll never keep up." Happy to say here I am 10 years later totally keeping pace. Kory is an amazing coach who truly listens and helps you however he can. His team of trainers are totally on board with helping me create the best form (even telling me less weight to do so) and pushing me to do my best. The members are just as amazing and another big reason I go at 5:30 am...because they support like no other. I love my Bion and don't know what I would do without it!

5 stars all the way. There is no better gym in the Foothills (or probably Tucson). The environment and views are unbeatable. The owners are amazing. The staff is warm and friendly. And the community is great. They’ve got everything you need for an incredible workout. Everyone is super supportive, and they have something for everyone, from legit athletes shooting for that PR, to novices trying to improve their basic strength and conditioning. Highly recommended. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their transparent pricing displayed right on the wall—such a refreshing touch! The gym offers a variety of options, including group classes, personal training, and open gym time, so you can tailor your workouts to fit your schedule.One of the standout features is the gorgeous pickleball court at the back, and when you open the doors, you’re greeted by breathtaking views of Sabino Canyon. It’s the perfect backdrop for any workout. The gym also has its own trail for outdoor workouts, plus multiple showers and lockers for convenience. They even have a bodywork table for post-workout recovery, which I absolutely loved!The coach was friendly and welcoming, giving us a thorough tour and making the experience even better. With all these fantastic amenities and that stunning environment, Bion Strength Co. truly elevates the gym experience. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I've been in/around functional fitness since 2008, and have worked out in at least two dozen boxes. Bion is one of the very best I've seen in terms of programming and facilities. When you consider the generous open gym policy, huge coaching staff, and personal training opportunities, Bion is really off the charts! The place is run by and for adults - so whether you are a young turk looking to get super strong, or a middle-aged diva trying to get started with weights, you are welcome here and will be challenged at YOUR level. Also, it's a GREAT gym for drop-ins - they're set up for it - the space is huge and the coaches will work you right into the class!

We went for a drop in at Bion. Avoid croasfotters for the last decade, so we have been in alot of gyms over the years. This one is awesome. Great community, great facility, great energy. Really enjoyed working out here. Highly recommend. And there view of the mountains can’t be beat!

Bion Crossfit has been my go-to gym whenever I visit Tucson for the past 3 years because it is simply the best! It is a very spacious and well equipped gym, and the people there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to drop in there!
