Had a large tree limb fall on my house and Stephen came over right away and sealed it with a tarp so that it was weathertight. Initially the decision was made to repair the house. My house has a very unique construction and Stephen and Daniel were the only company who thought they could actually make the repairs. Two other well known companies accepted and then backed out of the job. The insurance company ended up paying me for the full policy so I will be building a new home, but Stephen was great at being responsive, making multiple trips to the property and always available by text or phone. Highly recommend!

We were so happy about a few things while our roof was replaced . 1) Our house was completely draped so that no roofing materials touched the house as old tiles were discarded. 2) the workers worked so hard and so steadily that the roof was replaced quickly, and 3) the cleanup was perfect. I did not find anything at all on our lawn areas after the work was completed. Good job you guys!!

Steve and his team were absolutely awesome. They did a great job and they were unbelievably polite, accommodating (listened to special requests willingly) excellent at what they do and more! They protected the plants and shrubs below and the clean up after was absolutely amazing! The lawns, driveways and roads were all swept with large brooms & magnets to pick up any stray nails. I cannot say enough good as they were fabulous! You would never know they were here and gone except for our beautiful new roofs! All of us here at Saint Andrews Village were very very appreciative to have them and have them work with us anytime. Thank you.

Shout out to Falls City Construction and all the guys and gals that did the hard work roofing The Village of Old St Andrews during a very hot period this summer. The managers were friendly, approachable and professional. The crew were very organized and tidy doing the work and repeatedly returned to check for stray nails even after the project was completed!!! Great Job!!!

Falls City Contracting did an amazing job helping my grandfather with his patio home. They replaced the roof and gutters and completed several other projects for him. Stephen and Daniel and the entire Falls City roofing team did an incredible job replacing my root at the Village of Old St. Andrews. The team took great care to keep the environment so clean during the process. While replacing my roof, I pulled my garbage can out the front door because the Garage door was blocked. The team quickly came over and took the can from me and placed it by the road. Once the can was emptied, they even brought it back up to my house. I had to leave my condo while they were right in the middle of tearing off the old root. One of the team members saw me at the front door, came up and found out I needed to walk out. They stopped working and assisted me over the debris and to my car. Everyone was so polite and caring while on site. And the roof looks great too!
