Robin quickly got back to my email enquiry, and was very accommodating with the appointment date and time. Great communicator, friendly and responsive. On the day he gave me a half hour ETA, which was very helpful. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional, easy to talk to, and he did a great job of PAT testing our office equipment! He also ensured that we received the Test certificate promptly by email, so I was very happy with RST UK’s service overall and would definitely recommend Robin and use his services again.
