Had my scooter serviced today. All sorted really quickly. Lots of advice and help freely offered. Much appreciated. Very professional and they really do care about their customers. Thank you especially to Joe, Sheryl and Lauren. Would highly recommend.

Firstly I am not normally someone to do reviews but Joe at Cavendish health Care compelled me to do it due to his amazing customer service.My mum and I bought a second hand mobility scooter on Facebook marketplace and it had dead batteries and on closer inspection faulty wiring in the battery unit.We needed to have a functional scooter for today, Saturday the 4th of July as my little brother is flying in from America and has been suffering from leg and back problems so needs the transport to enjoy his trip.Joe found the required batteries and pulled the unit apart changing and replacing the wires and plug then and there.Along the way Joe was polite, professional a and kind.As a former estate agent I am all about customer service and Joe is the sort of person who I would have wished to work alongside without a moments doubt.Well done to you and the team, I only wish I could find more superlatives to express our gratitude.If anyone is looking for disability aids you must go and experience the 10/10 service standards of this company.Jonathan Stoakes

I needed a spare part while in Tenerife with my scooter. The team were very responsive and managed to get it to our friends who were travelling to see us three days later.

Went in yesterday, with both me and my mum absolutely dreading having to look at mobility aids. Lauren was straight away lovely, helpful, and made looking as easy as possible. She instantly put us at ease and was knowledgeable about the products, as she pulled out exactly what we were looking for 1st try. Put us at such ease that we felt comfortable enough to ask about other things in the show room, which I ended up coming back later in the day, with my dad, to also buy, which she once again was brilliant at helping us with. Could not recommend this place more!

Customer Service from Joe and Lauren has been superb and couldn't have been more helpful. Joe arrived today with a suitable product, demonstrated it and checked thoroughly that it would be totally suitable. No pressure to sell and in no hurry. March 2025SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND ALL HOPES.I called regarding a problem with my scooter, very polite and receptive. I got very rapid support, the problem was diagnosed and repaired within 1 working day and one of the team very kindly dropped off my repaired machine the next day. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and got me back up and mobile very quickly. We are very impressed and would recommend Cavendish Health Care & Mobility (Waterlooville) to anybody looking for good products and great service.We received prompt polite, profressional and friendly service from Joe and the team in Waterlooville. Excellent service

The owner of our local Mobility business was unable to supply me with a scooter that met my requirements so he introduced me to Tim at Cavendish. As I was unable to travel, Tim brought several scooters to my home where I was able to try them out. I can't imagine how I could have received a better service. We settled on a SupaScoota Spartan.

I was having trouble finding new batteries for my mobility scooter.I found this shop by accident and I felt the lady at the end of the phone understood my problem exactly and she solved my problems immediately. She said she would ring back soon and she did. She made me feel understood and valued. I am a fair bit deaf and yet I didn’t have to ask her to repeat anything. I was a little desperate for the batteries and she explained that someone would come and fit them at my house within 48hrs. The team has just been, they are professional and very efficient it was done in a jiffy. If only every interaction with a business was that easy and friendly.I had asked for some leaflets about superlight scooters and this wonderful person (Clare) didn’t forget to include all the information I needed. Thank you so much as I am away now and all done. 😊

Joe couldn't have been more helpful. He was really understanding with the problem I presented. He talked me through several options and we were able to get a wheelchair for my mum to try. Although the inital solution didn't work out Joe has provided me some further options. Will be back to look at the other options soon. Joe is an asset to the business and couldn't be nicer!
