Michael was very thorough in assessing the need, detailing the options, pricing and answering any questions I had regarding the ductless mini split I purchased. He also helped set up the wifi after a night of the unit flashing lights that caused a sleepless night! He was great! The installation crew was in and out quickly and put the heavy furniture back and left no mess! I would highly recommend them.

There was no need for their technician to come into home, because Thomas analyzed and repaired it at my furnace in the garage. I appreciate the employees Thomas (Technician) and Lettie(office manager) who were polite, efficient and thorough. I asked many questions and appreciate the time it took them to answer them. They were friendly and easy to work with.

Just called for annual maintenance for A/C and furnace. Hillsboro office technicians were very thorough and professional. Pricing was reasonable and was able to get service completed within a couple of days of calling. Appreciate the report and photos they were able to provide afterward. Highly recommend them.
