Thomas diagnosed the problem, Michael wrote up the proposal, and Kenny and Brian installed the new one. All of these men were efficient and knowledgeable in doing their jobs and were also most considerate and thoughtful in helping with my predicament. I felt that pricing was fair. Various options were presented, and no pressure was ever applied in influencing the choices I made. Excellent service.
