I cannot recommend Cue enough. As someone who was completely new to CrossFit, I was a bit intimidated at the prospect of starting. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The coaches are phenomenal. Both Kaden and Jen take the time to explain every movement, scale workouts to my abilities, and ensure I’m safe while still being challenged.I can already feel myself getting stronger, both physically and mentally. The workouts are tough but incredibly rewarding, and the positive energy from the coaches and fellow members makes it all worth it. This gym isn’t just about fitness, it’s about building confidence and community.If you’re on the fence about starting CrossFit, I can confidently say this is the perfect place to begin. I’m so glad I took the leap.
