I’ve been going to Suzan at Nu Image for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that I will never trust anyone else with my face!Over the years, I’ll admit, I’ve occasionally “cheated” on Suzan by trying other injectors because of Groupon deals or special promotions. And every single time, I regretted it! I guess you could say I had to learn the hard way that you truly get what you pay for.One thing I’ve learned after more than two decades of getting injectables is that finding the right injector isn’t just about their experience or technique. It’s about finding someone who truly understands YOUR face. Every face is different, and what looks beautiful on one person may not flatter another. That’s why building a long-term relationship with an injector you trust is so important. They learn your facial structure, your features, and exactly what works for you. And if something needs a little adjustment, you have someone who knows your face well enough to make those finishing touches.I’ve been to other places where injectors suggested filler under my eyes or in my cheeks. That immediately concerned me because I naturally have high cheekbones and smaller eyes. When I asked Suzan about those same treatments, she told me, “Absolutely not!” She explained that under-eye filler could make my eyes appear smaller and that adding filler to my already prominent cheekbones could make my face look unnecessarily large.That is the difference between someone who simply wants to sell you a treatment and someone who genuinely understands facial aesthetics. I have been going to Nu Image for five years, and I couldn’t recommend this salon more! Conveniently located at the entrance of Cheval in Lutz, it is a beautiful salon with an amazing team. Karen is an exceptional professional who has taken care of my hair, my daughter’s hair, and the hair of all my friends who come to visit me. She is truly talented!What makes Nu Image so special is not only the quality of the service but also the atmosphere. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy. The receptionists are wonderful, and the appointment system is always reliable and well organized.More recently, Claudia joined the team, and she has been doing my hair over the past month. I have quite a bit of gray hair, so getting the root color right is important to me. She got it absolutely right from the very first visit! Her blowouts are also fantastic and last for days, even in Florida’s challenging humidity.Claudia is a wonderful addition to an already outstanding salon. Nu Image combines professionalism, talent, consistency, and a warm atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasure. After five years, I can honestly say this is a salon I trust and love!

I have been going to Nuimage since it opened over 20 years ago. What I love about Susan is when you walk into her office she talks to you and studies your face and looks for areas that need attention and advises you on what she thinks is needed and walks you through the process and product. She is truly an artist. Michelle is a meticulous aesthetician and her work is incredible. When she works, her magic she takes years off your face and get you so comfortable during the process, you could fall asleep during your facial treatment. I highly recommend Nuimage, Susan, Michele, and the staff are incredible.

I just found this place 2 weeks ago for botox on my masseter and Susan Wallace is the best. She did it once and I can see the result immediately she's using the right needle in the right depth. Some providers using Botox needle but you can't do that with the master, it has to be 30 gauge half inch needle attached to 1 cc syringe and it has to be injected perpendicularly. I have had this treatment in with other providers over the years and it did not turn out well and I had to keep coming back because it was the wrong needle and the wrong depth . Thank you Susan. I will be coming back to her. I also got the point that I can use it as a discount for next treatment. Her price is very reasonable and her demeanor is just so lovely. The ambiance is very clean, spacious and looks like a high end resort.

I have had several services here, IPLs, Chemical Peels, & facials (with Ava and once with Michelle), but most recently the cool sculpting (with Susan and YES it works!). I’ve had amazing results with all of them!! I am 40 and became a client here almost 2 years ago, I get nothing but compliments from friends family and strangers! Aging isn’t easy, but choosing Nu Image was the best thing I ever did for myself as I approached my “middle aged” years. The IPL sessions paired with a chemical peel afterwards gave me the best results, depending on skin sensitivity you may have to do them in two separate appointments, but it’s worth it! The cool sculpting is perfect for the “mom pouch” that won’t go away. I have four kids and this was my 40th birthday present to myself. So happy I did it.

She is absolutely amazing at what she does, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the results they get.I’ve had both facials and microneedling done by her, and every experience has been incredible. I really wanted to love my experience at Nu Image Med Spa. The staff was friendly and the appointment itself was pleasant, but unfortunately my lash lift and tint was not successful. I didn’t notice much of a lift or curl afterward. For the price and the results I was hoping for, I was pretty disappointed. I’m giving 3 stars because the customer service and overall experience were good, but unfortunately the actual service did not give me the results I came in for.

Susan is the best in Tampa Bay by far. My entire family has been going to Susan for YEARS! I remember being a little girl at the age of 6 going with my mom to her Botox appointments being mesmerized by the positive energy and seeing my mom excited to go to her appointments. Now that I’m 23 it’s now my turn to experience the excitement of going to Nu Image and just enjoying the things that makes being a girl fun. Susan does my laser treatments (arm and bikini) as well as my lip filler. I’m almost halfway done with my laser appointments and I’ve already seen great results in the hair and my skin is so much better from it as well and not needing to shave so often! My lips are absolutely GORGEOUS I’m obsessed with them! Susan has the best eye in the industry, my lips look so natural and fit my face so well. People always think my lips are just naturally plump and are shocked when I tell them I have filler. She “highlights your natural God given features”. I personally struggled with my lips going into my mouth when smiling…never again do I have to worry about that thanks to Susan. I would recommend everyone to go to her! The front desk girls are also super sweet and inviting making you feel welcomed the second you walk in. Very real people and that’s hard to come by.

Susan the owner did my Botox. It was a top notch experience. I was in and out. Price per unit was competitive and affordable. I’ve been getting Botox for years. She still explained to me the mechanisms of how it worked in my body. Made me comfortable with her treatment plan as she explained her technique. She didn’t over administer. I was able to achieve amazing results with just 30 units in one treatment. Look and feel great.
