I had made an appointment to have my 2022 Electraglide Ultra Limited in for its 15k maintenance checkup. The Service Ad users were very friendly and accommodating considering that I had not made contact with them before I left my bike in front of ALL the other bikes in for service. George stepped up and put my bike in line for the maintenance without a problem. Santiago went through the bike with the care and concern of working on his own bike. The price for this was fair and I was very satisfied. The bike ran great as expected on the way home. 3rd time visiting this location and the service from parts to apparel is always pleasant. Esmeralda was super supportive to help me find a riding jacket that fit me, and incredibly charismatic. It’s hard to find service where someone GENUINELY wants to help you look good and find a deal at the same time. Would definitely go back for service like that, and Willy from parts was also really helpful. My sportster is unfortunately discontinued so parts are either not in stock or high priced, but he still tried his best to help me find everything I need and left me feeling confident in knowing I can come back and get the same service of care. I bought my bike in Bedford Texas, and after moving back to SATX I was a bit concerned that a new Harley location would be awkward to connect with, but Caliente has so far been incredible. Sam and Korby, great customer service! Sam greeted my wife and I as we came in. We were there to get a fit for a helmet. Sam let us know what was on sale and then helped us find sizes for some leathers. After we finished shopping for jackets, we ran into Korby, who was very patient in explaining the difference between all the styles of lids for us. We ended up purchasing a lid and some leathers. Since the day I walked during one of their events it’s been a great experience. I went in just to check out an event and then met with John about a Harley but I couldn’t afford to make a deal that day but a few weeks later he followed up with me and I bought my first Harley, it was a quick and easy process he helped me through it every step. Since then I have been back several times to purchase gear Is;s helped me out every time. From my first time buying gear she helped me pick out exactly what I needed and liked and helped me with sizing and new exactly what I needed and didn’t need. She always had a smile on her face and always friendly and patient with me. She’s very knowledgeable about the riding gear and sizing. I’ve been back 3 times to buy gear and she helped me every time.
