Fantastic! Was headed to Concan from Houston and grabbed a chunk of metal in my back tire right at closing time friday. Used find a dealer on my 19 road glide special and Dixie answered. She sent me the number to a preferred towing company "donkey haul". They have the code to get into lock up after hours. Called me first thing in the morning and double checked on what I needed. Told her go ahead and throw front and rear tires on it. She said no problem called me about 2 hours later and told me it was ready! One of the only dealers around open 7 days. I picked it up Sunday on my way home. 10/10 recommended. Will make sure to stop in every time I'm in the area! Less

I thought I would never be able to ride again due to several injuries during my time in service. When I went to Caliente Harley with a friend, they talked to me about different clutch options that would allow me to ride again, along with a trike for more stability. I took time to think over what they told me, did more research, and discovered they were leading down the right path to riding again. I went back about a month later and purchased a tri glide. Mac was absolutely essential to helping me make the right decision, and Billy found a trike still in PDI in the color I wanted. Mac came in on his day off to help with everything. Derrick made sure all the upgrades I wanted were correct and gave extremely valuable advice to the right parts. Dixie is now making sure the bike is getting all parts ordered and scheduled for installation. I look forward to riding soon. Recently bought a used Road Glide Ultra, Jesus and Bubba were great in sales. There was an issue with the infotainment head unit and service replaced it no questions asked with an even better unit than what was in it. Highly recommend. He was courteous, highly professional, respectful, and with a fantastic attitude. I had taken this class with another instructor before, but the experience was not good at all. For the most part the store rates in the top 6 for me.store is nice but bike inventory is all to much alike. The female employees are all real helpful but you got some old. That may be too comfortable take things for granted, just like HD , by not working on bikes that are 20years old, you don’t take checks. I keep coming till I don’t Less
