Garin was a total pro. Our collapsed garage door, I thought, was done for. Bent guide rails, rollers, safety cabling broken... that kind of done.Before I knew it (maybe 90 minutes) Garin had repaired and restored the tracking and had called for backup to realign the door... and now is 100% functional on a "replace soon and use sparingly" basis.Too bad I didn't take pics of the collapsed door... you'll just have to trust me; it was bad. 7/26/26: This morning, we found the spring on our garage door was broken. The door would not open and our car was stuck inside. We called a repair company recommended by our building contractor and another place. Both times we only got their voicemail. Then, we called Overhead Door Company of Santa Rosa at 9:20am. They answered the phone (just like a real company) and their repair guy, Garin, arrived about 2½ hours later at 12 noon. He was friendly, professional, had the all of the equipment needed for the repair and kept us informed all during his visit. He estimated the repair would take about 45 minutes (and he was right). We highly recommend Garin and Overhead Door Co. of Santa Rosa.
