I called on a Sunday afternoon when our garage door broke, and they called back first thing Monday morning. Garin was out to work on it by 8:30, and had it back on its track by 9:30! He also did general maintenance while he was here. Very reasonably priced service call as well. Thank you!

Garin from Overhead Doors was fantastic! He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, and had it repaired in no time. He was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain what had gone wrong and answer all my questions. He even provided a quote for a future replacement unit so I would know what to budget down the road…without any pressure to purchase. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Garin and Overhead Doors!

I couldn’t believe that on a Friday afternoon when I had a situation with my garage door I was able to make one phone call and have the whole situation handled within a few hours! Everyone I had contact with was helpful, friendly, and efficient. When Garin came out for the repair, he explained the issue, how he fixed it, and how I can maintain my door operation. I couldn’t be happier, and I now have one less headache. Thanks, Overhead Door!

Garin did a great job finding out what the problem was and explaining what he was doing as he made repairs. Would definitely ask for him again.
