Had bathroom and closet totally gutted due to pipe break / water damage. That’s an ordeal in itself, so California Closets were recommended by my designer. I won’t say it’s not pricey but it’s beautiful and I am enjoying so much even though my bathroom is still not finished. Comparatively, they got in and got it done . A couple things that they had to come back for but they were always available and did it as promptly as possible. The installation guy, Michael, I think , sorry it’s been awhile… awesome and can’t say enough good things about Tracy Smith who did superb work on design that just fit my needs, picked out beautiful cabinets and she was always available to answer even when she was out of country.. it was just like working with a friend who cares. After having our master bath remodeled, we had the master closet redone and installed by some very skilled millworkers. Sadly, the built-ins were too large for the space and the closet was completely unusable. After several months of going back and forth with the millworkers to make some modifications, we had everything removed and called Dallas Closet Design for help. We were lucky enough to speak with Shannon. She helped us come up with a plan for the new closet and we had it installed. The new space is simply amazing. There is so much room and it fits everything in an organized way. We are so happy and would highly recommend Shannon & her team.
