They provided everything to get my car running, so I was able to be confident driving safely with my grandchildren in the car. Everything they recommended was done properly and John was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a ride while my car was in the shop, and he went out of his way to even pick up my granddaughters from school while the car was getting worked on! He gave me as many discounts as he could to make it affordable for the situation I am in, and that helped me tremendously. Stephanie was also very helpful she explained thoroughly and helped me with financing. The whole process was easy and uncomplicated due to their professionalism and kindness. I have nothing good to say about Harmony, other than they work on European cars. I got a call pretty soon after dropping the car off, and I was told that the battery died possibly because the rear windshield wiper wouldn't turn off. It took them a while, but they did eventually figure out how to turn it off.$177.84 for Check Engine Light Diagnosis. $288.52 for a battery replacement. I was originally quoted almost $500 for a battery - I replied that I would come pick it up and tart it with jumper cables. They somehow found that they could reduce the price.This was one of those deals where a "mechanic" looked over the car, and recommended every single thing they could to make money. Engine air filter? Cabin air filter? Brakes? Cupped tires? None of these had anything at all to do with the only question I had: Why won't my car start?

I went in for a leaking radiator, they got me in quick fixed me up. The service manager Jesse was one of the best employee I've ran into in the mechanic shops,straight to the point no BS didn't try and up sell me anything. Took the time to talk over some other services but wasn't pushing the sale. Will come here again for any future work also the new guy that worked on my car did a fantastic job.

All the technicians mangers are very respectful friendly and if you are a woman this is the safest shop in Aurora to bring your vehicle to! They are fast reliable and Professional.I took my car to another shop and sent me off with my car making a loud noise. The other shop was trying to charge me for a catalytic converter. I brought it here. They test out my vehicle and it turned out. I did not need a catalytic converter. Jessy was extremely helpful got me in and out quickly!

I have appreciated the courtesy & professionalism from Jesse, the Service Manager. He has patiently explained my car issues & why specific recommended repairs are necessary.The brake fluid was flushed & a ball joint replaced expertly by Sam, a Master Mechanic.This time around he spent time explaining exactly why my 2008 Subaru needs the induction fuel service- something I had never known about in all the years of driving 4 Subarus. Needless to say, hearing things explained by the one doing the work on my car, has truly increased my trust in the professional expertise combined with honest evaluations & cost for repairs involving mh car. I was in Denver from out of town (Kansas) and my alternator died on me at 2pm on a Friday at a stoplight. Literally the worst, most stressful day of my life, but Sam and Erin were nothing but kind, empathetic, and saved me from being stranded for the weekend. They were the only place that agreed to take me with such short notice, and they even gave me some water while I was bawling my eyes out. They were super quick to fix the issue. It only took an hour and the price was a lot more fair than I thought it would be! Didn’t have any issues on the 4 hour drive home. Thank you so much for everything!!!
