When you are shopping for cars, especially used cars, you expect smarmy, apathetic salesmen who say what they have to say to make the sale. This is exactly what I encountered over the 3 month hunt however, this was NOT what we encountered here. We were greeted and treated with respect as soon as we pulled on to the lot, so much so that even though we didnt find what we were looking for the first time, we came back. The owner went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle and Trey stayed late to make sure we left with it. They worked as a team and we felt like they were truly vested in making sure we got the right vehicle for our needs and we walked away feeling confident in our purchase for our daughter. They were transparent with us and we're happy to keep trying, listening to my concerns. And boy did I have concerns. Putting my child in a car to drive between towns on one of the most dangerous stretches of road in our state had me looking at everything thrice over with serious consideration for every possible way the car could fail. They met me where I was at and treated the experience with true consideration for my concerns and her safety. Hours with us. Never once rushed, pushed, or disregarded any concern. Didn't get offended when we didnt like an option or I pointed out an imperfection. They never rushed, even staying quite late to let us take our time. It was a great experience. Paperwork was quick and painless. No extra pressure or hidden fees tacked on. What we agreed to was what I paid. And in true over thinker fashion, I wondered if I had been had, I questioned if the experience had been too good to be true, if I bought a pretty lemon and got suckered because i needed someone to care about her safety as much as I did. So I took it to a very rare specimen- an honest, reliable mechanic. He went over it and gave the car a clean bill of health. No concerns, no cavities. Praised the car and the deal we made on it. The registration process was simple. No hang ups, nothing missing. I have bought several cars and this was probably the only one that didnt have anything missing or delayed. Performance has reached out twice to make sure we were happy and everything was well over the last couple months. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. As someone who understands what to expect and anticipates the worst, I am quite impressed. Also- the red carpet is nice touch. Got a great first pic of the first car. Thanks guys! We'll happily be back.
