One Man And A Toolbox sent Rafael to my condo for a repair on 06/15/2026 to repair a severely damaged access panel housing a hot water heater. Rafael thoroughly assessed the damage, making sure he had the required materials. He purchased what was needed and got to work. I wish I had taken before and after photos. The transformation was amazing. All of the damage was repaired and caulk was applied to the surrounding areas. Rafael explained the process, proceeded with the work, and cleaned the area when he was finished. He has excellent carpentry skills, is knowledgeable about products and repairs, and has excellent social skills. I highly recommend Rafael.
