The first time I had my dog groomed by them it went well. Two person team. I was told my appointment was at 2pm. I got a text saying they would be there at 1:13pm and another saying the appointment was for a window 1-3pm. This time I requested the same and only one person of the team arrived. She asked do you want it fluffier and I said no, much shorter than before. Not fluffy. I showed her a photo of my dog with his haircut how I wanted, tapered nose, short hair, clean paws, long ears. She sent me a photo with his hair fluffy and uneven, too long paws that had orange on them, hair sticking up on his head, a clearly uneven cut. Face dirty.I replied I wanted it overall shorter if she had time noting the paws. She tried to tell me - a licensed hair stylist - that it would be shorter tomorrow because it as fluffy. The audacity.Instead of arguing I went down to the van and pointed out where I wanted changes. She was rude and condescending the entire time. Tried to use a guard on a massive pair of clippers that could not properly access his paws. Needed to be guided through it. He had a long patch on his chest that led to a matte under his armpit. I eventually gave up because I don’t want to stress my dog out.His hair is so uneven; sticking out behind the awful bandana at different lengths. His belly hair is long around his privates and not cleaned up. His eyes are not cleaned up - but I didnt dare mention it because I don’t trust her competency. And his butt isn’t cleaned up properly either. She literally has barely any idea how to use clippers. Then she said to me “I didn’t do his teeth for obvious reasons” in a purposefully condescending tone to shift the attention off of her terrible haircut to his health problems that I’m aware of. I said what do you mean, not out of a lack of awareness but pointing out her audacity. However she took it the former and feeling horrifically uncomfortable stuffed in this closed van with this woman delicately navigated out of the convo. Where she began to say he needs to see a vet, as if he doesn’t see one and as if I didn’t just pay thousands on major teeth surgery a couple years before and as if it’s not hard enough knowing the next one will probably be the removal of the last of them. He’s literally a 14 year old poodle mix rescued from a puppy mill. It’s literally congenital. He literally gets dentals annually awake and under anesthesia. Then she cornered me - still in the stuffy van for payment and had the audacity to tell me it was $119, present a bill of $127, charge full price and to ask for a tip. While she literally stared at me intensely the entireee time... absolutely strange!!I will never use this company again. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I gave her 10 bucks because I’m not a cheap and because it’s not about money. It’s about horrible service.AND they’ve been avoiding my call!
