Our old deck needed replacing. As you know, remodels are not easy. Existing constraints and old problems need to be taken into consideration. Mike worked through with us the details of best solutions to deal with issues and the cost. Above all, and I cannot express this enough, Mike noted a problem with the sliding glass door which I didn’t think could be fixed, it was more internal than external. I was amazed that he easily fixed a problem that I thought I had to just live with. Finally, Mike communicated often about his progress and status of the job. And, I have complete trust in Mike with my home and family.

Mike built a deck for us a few years ago and we liked how that went, so when we decided to redo the bathroom he was the first call.He showed up when he said he would and the timeline didn't slip. But what stood out more was how he handled the details as things came together — things like how to butt the Schluter into the sills and cabinets, making sure the window sill height lined up with the finished cabinet height, getting the mirror measurements right and figuring out where the wall sconces should sit. Those are the kinds of calls that are easy to get wrong and hard to fix later, and he talked them through with us rather than just deciding on his own.The finished result looks exactly like we envisioned. I would definitely hire him again.

I have had Keegan Construction work on three different projects; finish our basement, build a pergola and a build a deck.
