I had a wonderful experience at Northland Village Dental Care. Bonnie, my dental hygienist, is absolutely outstanding! She is very gentle, caring and attentive, and she truly takes the time to understand her patients' needs and make sure they feel comfortable throughout their visit. All of the staff are friendly welcoming, and helpful, which makes going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. I am very impressed with the excellent care and service I received.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Hivee, my Dental Hygienist who skillfully cleaned my teeth. You don't think you need it, but YOU DO! I've had dozens of cleanings over the years and someone who is really good at their job definitely stands out. Believe me, I've had some bad ones. Hivee was friendly, thorough and timely efficient. She was responsive to my every twitch and offered whatever brought me comfort. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hossam and had an excellent chat with him about the course of action we may take with my dental issues. He is very sensible and it felt as though he was reading my mind with his suggestions. THIS is the kind of care that people seek. I know people don't enjoy going to the Dentist all the time but you will leave saying 'sure, I'll come back for another cleaning in 6 months'. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and welcoming. They might even give you a gift to take away. Keep up the excellent care in Dental health. I'll see you soon.

The staff is great, but expect to wait close to an hour after your appointment is supposed to start to actually meet with your dentist. I recommend the staff space out how they schedule patients so this doesn't keep happening, as this has happened both times I've come in.

Before coming to this Dentist, I need sedation. Not anymore. They make you feel calm. They are not aggressive at all. I totally recommend my Dentist. He has totally changed my veiw and got rid of my fears and anxiety. Thank you so much!!!
