The battery for my back up sump pump was no longer working. Jeff bought one, replaced it and set it all up. So happy it’s all working again.

Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and customer oriented. Tested equipment before leaving and made a point of letting me know to contact the office if there is ever a problem.

Jim did a remarkable job in response to the need for a water heater repair. He organized the multiple and varied tasks efficiently and, remarkably, carried the old water heater from the basement out to the van and brought the new one in by himself. He even worked beyond his typical daily closing hours into the early evening. In short. Jim was extremely competent, and yet very pleasant during interactions from greetings and explanations to finalizing the payment.
