We could not have asked for a better cat sitter. Lucy from My Three Cats looked after our much loved cats Cleo, Basil and Polly last weekend and we felt completely at ease. She sent us detailed updates and even photos after each visit (which shows that our rather shy kitties felt at ease with her, too). This was the first time we used a cat sitter, and we will definitely book Lucy again, she is professional and reliable and loves cats as much as we do! Thank you so much, `Lucy!

I contacted Andrea at My Three Cats last weekend after my mother had been rushed into hospital, leaving her 3 cats and their 'complex' care needs to me. The routine she had established with them was going to be impossible for me to continue because I work full time. Family were unable to assist.In desperation, I asked Chat GPT for suggestions and it suggested a cat sitter.I contacted My Three Cats on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Andrea who Ives locally. She was immediately kind, understanding, not at all judgemental!We met the following day and she met two of the cats. She established an immediate rapport with them. I could see they were both relaxed in her company and for one of them, that was unusual.I showed her the house and the places they needed to go when they came in.She reassured me that none of what I'd said would cause an issue.Her assistance was absolutely invaluable and I am hugely grateful to her for her help. She is prompt, honest, knowledgeable, immensely kind and thoroughly professional.My mother is now home but Andrea has met her and mum intends to ask for her assistance in the future when the need arises and she cannot be around in the daytime at the requisite times.Thank You Andrea!!! It's a pleasure to have met you.First class service, excellent!!

Tupelo absolutely adored Andrea and Andrea took beautiful care of Tupelo, who is a very loving, affectionate cat who needs a lot of attention.Andrea sent us photos,videos and reports which we loved and so we were able to relax much more on holiday knowing that Tupelo was having visits with someone she adored.I can't recommend highly enough, we wouldn't have anyone else look after Tupelo 💕🙏 Thank you so much

With 5 cats with various medication needs we were concerned about finding someone who could manage them all but Andrea and Amber did a great job. We were comprehensively updated on their care and wellbeing which was very reassuring. We will definitely use them again next time we need care for our gang and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recommend MTC to everyone I know who’s looking for a cat-sitting service! The app is fantastic and so easy to use for bookings and cat comms when you're away, but the best thing about MTC is the genuine love and care that goes into every aspect of the business, from the actual cat sitting to the monthly cat newsletter (which I love to read!)Eloise is absolutely lovely, so kind and always quick to help, and Lorna, our cat sitter, is just the best! We get daily updates, and it’s so clear how much love, care and attention goes into every visit.I’m naturally a worrier when it comes to leaving our cats, but knowing they’re in such good hands means I can actually relax and enjoy our time away. That peace of mind is priceless. I honestly couldn’t recommend MTC more! 🐾❤️
