First class service, very friendly and were great to deal with and will use them again . Much easier than a battery and our cat Dolly was a cat we rescued off the streets and had some trust issues but Rachel who looked after Dolly while we were away soon won Dolly over and gave us daily updates and photos showing how Dolly was doing, in fact Dolly seemed undisturbed by the whole experience and wasn’t phased by being looked after by Rachel. So glad we booked! We felt so comfortable knowing Lorna was looking after our girls. Lorna let us know as soon as she thought one of our girls was looking off colour - great judgement and really reassuring to know that she has the cats best interests in mind. Eloise and Wendy were both lovely as well, getting in touch to offer support when they heard one of my girls was unwell.Booked in for more visits and would recommend to anyone :) Thank you!

Our cat is very nervy so was a bit worried she’d just hide when Andrea visited however after a couple of days Andrea was sending videos of her being stroking and tickled.Really happy with the service, will definitely book again.

Rachel and her family looked after our cats and chickens , feeding routine was maintained and came home to happy pets . It was just as we left it . Great service will use again .

We’ve been with My Three Cats for a number of years now, and have always been happy with their excellent service and friendly staff.We’d like to thank Sue, who has been absolutely wonderful with our very timid cats and cared for our 16 year old goldfish too.She was so patient and gentle with our two rescue cats that she managed to win their trust while we were away for the week, which was such a relief and meant we could properly relax knowing they were in safe hands.Sue kept us updated each day, which was lovely and gave us complete peace of mind knowing how everyone was doing. Andrea was absolutely brilliant while we were away. Our two rescue cats can be nervous, so it was very reassuring to have the updates with how they were doing with lovely photos and videos after each visit.
