I rang Rachel quite last minute before we went in holiday, she came to the house so I could explain where everything is and so she could meet our cat. I knew straight away he was in good hands. Whilst we were away we received regular updates which put our mind at ease. I found Jen from My three cats via a google search in my area and OMG I am glad I did!! Jen came out for a home visit first and we had a good chat to get to know each other and introduced her to my two fur babies. I was instantly confident she would take care of my cats. I haven’t left them with a stranger for longer than a week so was nervous but Jen kept me updated via the app with lots of detail of what they had been up to and eaten along with videos and photos. I actually think the cats had the time of their lives and I could see how comfortable they were with her. Jen also works in a vet which was an added bonus so I knew if anything did happen to the cats they were in good hands. It was during the heatwave and Jen even brought her own cooling mat for the cats to use as the one I had ordered has not arrived. Jen put my bins out and brought my parcels in. I don’t feel like 5 stars is enough - I would give her 100 stars!! I am so happy to have found Jen and will continue to use her.

Not good left gecko with no water and not changed his food left it 3 days with old food. Post keys how post and litter tray was dirty Nat Matt won’t be using the service again

Great service- kept up to date with how my cat was, with lots of pictures and videos. Andrea was lovely with her! We’ve booked Andrea again for 2 further holidays later in the year. Highly recommended!

I have a sociable kitten who likes to stay close to her humans. Wonderful to know I have a helping hand nearby who I can trust to look after my kitten for me and give her some company and cuddles on days when I have to be out of the house for more than a few hours 💖

Absolutely amazing! Booked us in with very little notice and handled our high needs cats well. I fear they were happier with us (and our baby) away and Jen visiting! They were well looked after through hot weather and groomed.Will definitely be booking again in future!
