Addison with Grand Slam was absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, he was personable, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. He really took his time to make sure everything was done right and didn’t rush through the process. He explained what he’d be doing and the timeframe it would take, which meant a lot to me since I was working from home that day and needed to plan around it.Something that stood out to me was how accommodating and understanding he was with my schedule. I had a deadline to get everything done before a party, and he made sure to fit me in. When I ended up needing to reschedule, he was so considerate and flexible, and got me right back on the schedule without any hassle.He cleaned my tile, carpet, and an area rug, and everything turned out amazing. Grand Slam Carpet Care did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in my home in preparation for selling. They were able to accommodate a last-minute booking, showed up on time, and did a thorough job. Service was highly professional and the cleaner took time to let me know how long the job would take and when they would be done. The carpet came out wonderful and so clean- and this is a house with a toddler, pets, and years of wear and tear. My whole house smelled fresh and the carpet looked almost new. I have had 4 showings and the carpet is holding up beautifully. Price was competitive and payment options are convenient (credit card ok). I was even gifted a new candle for my new home that I am moving in to. I highly recommend Grand Slam Carpet Care and would not hesitate to use them again for future carpet cleaning needs.

First off, Addison is excellent at what he does! He also provides excellent customer service and is a responsible and ethical business owner. He has completed multiple jobs for me already - cleaning and sealing the grout in our commercial bathrooms and carpet cleaning our commercial space. He's trustworthy and never tries to sell me services that I don't need. I am a customer for life!!

He started a casual conversation before even beginning his work which was refreshing as most just get straight to work and leave.
