Hired Addison from Grand Slam Carpet Care for the 3-room carpet cleaning special and upgraded to a deep cleaning for a reasonable price. Addison was very responsive, friendly, communicative and professional. I appreciate the thoughtfulness taken by using guards to ensure the equipment cords did not scuff the walls while the service was completed. The service took under 2 hours. My carpets feel fresh and look wonderful! Thank you!

Addison did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. The carpets hadn’t been deep cleaned in at least four years (maybe longer) and had picked up a lot of pet stains over time. Addison was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain what to expect before getting started, including that some wear and tear from age wouldn’t be completely fixable. I really appreciated his honesty. The results were great. All of the pet stains were cleaned up, and the carpet looks fantastic. I’ll definitely be using Grand Slam Carpet Care again in the future and highly recommend them.

Several companies have come to clean my carpet before but they never did a good job. Addison and his friend came today to clean it and they left it like new. They were polite and very professional. I will call them next time.

Grand Slam delivered exactly as promised including special pet/carpet treatment. They pulled up the bed comforters (I had them clean around the beds) onto the bed to insure they didn't get wet. They worked quickly , cleanly, and the price was certainly fair. Very professional.

Addison the owner takes a high level of care with his clients to make sure his cleaning is not only at the clients level but his level. I had a very unique rug situation and he took care of it and it had some heavy duty Pett issues on it and he solved it and it’s back at my house and it smells perfect and he totally would recommend him for anybody for any kind of upholstery rug, and or carpet cleaning. I’m already recommending him to my neighbors and friends at work

This was my first using Grand Slam. Everything was great, they do quality work and go the extra mile. They arrived on time, did the prep work and worked together as a 2 man team for the entire visit. I can highly recommend and will use them again for sure. I only had carpet cleaning but they also do tile, stone, grout, upholstery and rugs. Next time I’m going to have them do additional services as I now know I can trust their work and professionalism.
