So I contact Labworks because they “around the corner” and have some great reviews on fixing pool leaks and other maintenance.Not my experience!! 😡I contact them and they tell me they have to send a technician out to assess, no problem. They set time and day, then get called multiple times to change appointment. Again not a problem, I’m not home so arrange for someone to open for technician. He comes and goes.Then, I have to follow up with them a week later, “hey! Your guy was here but did not get a call back or a quote!” Don’t worry sir! I will call the technician and get him to call you back!!No call back, so I call back again!!! Then only technician calls back! We waiting on someone else to quote us before we can quote you!! Jeeez thanks for the heads up!! Still got no quote.I’m pretty sure that Labworks must be doing great as a company since there’s no time to clearly take on new jobs or quotes.The mark of a good company is admitting to shortcomings and then rectifying them. That’s exactly what happened with my experience. Labworks pulled through On their shortcomings by acknowledging my review and experience and calling me to apologize. I can accept that, then to deliver on your promise after is a mark of a company that cares about their image and their customer.Thank you ☺️ Now I hope we can review that quote together and apply some negotiations.💪🏼

Poollab was good and efficient. Jodi Lee in the office was EXTRA good.For a separate job water proofing our balcony, I commend Hendrik for his leadership, ethics, and knowledge and Marco for carrying out diligent work and persisting to the job is done and their tilers for being polite, neat, and efficient as well!
