Best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor. We replaced our 300 meter squared flat roof with their product. Not cheap , but it has got a 15 year warranty. Kyle is extremely pedantic when it comes to detail. He’s always available on his phone , willing to handle any concerns, no matter how small. He’s an asset to the business. They are always on time , with no excuses. Razaki and his team know exactly what they are doing , and work very neatly. He also answered any concerns I had on a daily basis. There are many waterproofing guys out there , I will use no other. Thanks Kyle and your team. I was a pleasure doing businesses with you guys.

Having had an exceptionally bad experience with a roofing company many years ago at a property where I was living at the time, I was very apprehensive when it came to the point that a major section of my current house's roof had to be entirely replaced. Neighbours advised me to contact LABWORKS as they testified to excellent service and workmanship. This, in itself, did not necessarily appease me, but I didn't need to worry at all. Kyle, the Technical Sales Consultant, Rebecca, the Financial Manager, and on one occasion, Hendrik, the Business & Sales Developer, were all extremely professional, helpful and friendly; they addressed my concerns and worries with patience, backing it up with technical knowledge and facts. Kyle went the extra mile with several site visits, sharing technical advice to get things exactly right and, of course also to set my mind at ease. On the day (one day!) of the roof replacement, the team was very professional, knowing exactly what they were doing. The proof of the pudding, however, always remains in the eating. The final result was miraculous! The new roof looks magnificent, and I could not be happier with the final result. My sincerest appreciation and thanks to LABWORKS and the team for a job excellently done.
