I just had a fantastic lunch at Thai Select in Arlington, Virginia! This is a truly lovely, calm Thai restaurant that offers both dine-in and takeout.I enjoyed their lunch special, which included a delicious red curry with tofu and vegetables (you can choose your protein!). The meal also came with a wonderfully fresh tom yum kung soup and a spring roll. What really stood out was the incredible freshness of everything – all the vegetables were crisp, and nothing seemed pre-processed. Even the sweet and sour sauce and the soup tasted distinctly homemade.For all this quality and variety, the entire meal was under $14 (excluding tip), making it an excellent value. I highly recommend Thai Select if you're in the Arlington area and looking for fresh, flavorful Thai cuisine!"

The green curry could use more eggplant (i think i got like one piece), and very minimal veggies. However, it had a ton of tofu so that was good. Flavors were pretty solid. The food is on the spicier side, so be warned if your spice tolerance is low. I think the spice is great but my partner has trouble with it.
