I had my cleaning done today, and as always, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable.Last year, I had two implants done here, and everything went smoothly. The dentist and the entire team took great care of me throughout the entire process, and the results have been excellent.

OMG! I was SOOOO nervous and they eased my mind after speaking with Mrs. Gustavo! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My twin got work done from here so I came via her recommendation and me SEEING Dr. Gustavo's work. It looks AMAZING, SERIOUSLY!!!From start to finish! I got an appointment right away! And they actually fit in a FULL Consultation and Comprehensive exam on Wednesday my most concerning areas will be completed on Friday! Not a 2 months later! That quick! No BC, no dragging of feet and they took time to explain EVERYTHING to me. Step-by-Step! So I could be comfortable with my choices.Like most ppl, I'm a little anxious about the dentist...the drilling every thing is just so much...she broke it down into manageable steps for my comfort so I wasn't overwhelmed. Even though they’re out of network with my insurance, they took care of all the paperwork and submitted the claim for me. To my surprise, I received a reimbursement check from MetLife for the full amount in less than a week. It was a good experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gustavo is very good at what he does. He explained the process he was going to perform. His assistant, Angie, made me feel comfortable during the pre-op. I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole procedure. I recommend Dr. Gustavo; he is a top doctor.

I wish Google would let me add stars, because I rate the folks here as an 11 on a 5 star scale...I showed up with an unholy mess of a partially completed all-on-four upper & lower from thiis company called D5 that went belly-up in the middle of it. I was kind of hoping that I would die before the temporary PMMA arch that was in place did.I was wrong, it died first. And when I showed up my new friends threw their arms around me & promised me that they would find whatever way it took to take care of it.My only complaint - and it is serious - is that they did not charge me enough money. I paid a ton of money to a corporation (& dental procedure) that went bust part way down the stream. My wife & I reluctantly budgeted what we were hoping would be enough to finish the job up.I trust that my new friends here are going to deliver a better & more secure final product than the previous company sold me, that will last longer, & be better for my jawbone long term.But I must admit, these are stubborn people. Not only do they cheerfully refuse to be defeated by a challenging case when a lost soul in need literally wandered through their door, but my argument that they need to charge me more money isn't going well either!I'll bet you a dollar I get more bite in my bark over it once they put my new chompers in. This fight's not over y'all - & when they bolt those bad boys in, Im going to find a way to pay them what I owe.& not because ive got money to spare, but because this was a gift from my Mom before she died, & it wouldn't sit right with either of us allowing my new friends to do more work for less money than the previous company who came up short. Not gonna happen.So yeah, a rating of 11 out of 5 stars hereMuch love y'all!

I just want to thank the whole staff at Lucerne Dental especially Angelica for convincing me they were the right choice for me and Madeline making sure I understood my plan and involving me in the decision making.
