Two years ago I completed Surekha’s Empower Your Wings and Empower Your Passion and Fly programmes – and I’m honestly still amazed at how much my life has changed since then.When I first came to her, I felt lost, confused and disconnected from joy. Kneisiology sessions with Surekha have been incredible and positively life changing. I reached out to Surekha when I was in the midst of a severe episode of anxiety and seriously low moods. It was a time in my life when I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel and felt completely stuck and lost. Through our sessions together, Surekha taught me there isn't a light at the end of the tunnel but instead the light I seek is within me! She created a safe and welcoming space for me to heal and to find myself again.Through Kneisiology and the use of Bach flower remedies, Surekha facilitated my healing in the most nurturing and encouraging way. I met Surekha by chance at a workshop and was intrigued by the Bach Flower Essences she hadbrought with her. We had a good conversation about Kinesiology and the meaning behind these essences. I was sceptical initially, but kept an open mind and decided to book her “Empower Your Wings” programme to try and help me get out of the negative cycle of life and improve my selfworth.By asking the right questions about my life and past experiences and using Bach Flower Essences, Surekha has been able to dig deep into my subconscious mind and recognise the origins of my negative thought patterns, as well as other things holding me back that I was not aware of. She explained how everything in the universe is vibrational energy, and how I perceive my internal world manifests into my external world.Over the course of the programme, Surekha has helped me change my mindset to become a more confident person, I have dramatically reduced the negative thoughts, and improved my vibrational energy. I have learned to express gratitude to the universe, be in acceptance and feel much better and my life. I spent an invaluable 6 weeks learning and listening to Surekha. The calming effect this had on me was amazing. With very recent trauma to overcome, Surekha enabled me to not just cope with this trauma, but to overcome it, move forward and flourish. Understanding what is important about finding inner peace and happiness. Therapy before always taught me methods to cope, to cover over or ignore these things, Surekha taught me how to move past just coping into a life I can live in.
