Brandon at Techtrix has been my go-to for the past year. He set up cameras, built me a fast reliable Wi-Fi system, and convinced me to use two screens. I argued, now I love it. He keeps my business files and spreadsheets synced and jumps in with TeamViewer when I need him. While running my law firm, I received a phishing email that appeared to come from someone I knew, containing a link to what turned out to be a fake Microsoft 365 login page. I immediately called Brandon for help. He was exceptionally responsive and professional, and he quickly jumped on a video call and had a whole cyber incident playbook ready to go through with me. Thankfully he helped confirm that nothing had been compromised, a phenomenal relief. His support was timely, clear, and much appreciated. Thank you Brandon!

After a colossally idiotic and distracted move on my part, I got hacked. I have a good security system on my computer, got in touch with a human there, and did everything I was told to do. Sometime later, I discovered that someone had been able to connect a passkey to my google account remotely. Ugh!! Paranoia skyrocketed. I called Brandon at Techtrix and he was completely responsive. He checked everything out, was patient with me, taught me a lot, and fixed remaining issues. He was compassionate and very fair with his fee. He also didn't point out that I brought it all on myself by reacting to a phish in a completely thoughtless way. I appreciated that a lot. He's a great guy, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
